Kappa's Philanthropy 1-2-3
As individuals with time, talents and treasures, Kappas first support our sisters; second, we participate in local service projects; and third, we serve the greater good. Even as alumnae we still need to strive to provide the same support to others as we did as actives, and promote what it is to be a great Kappa.
Reading Is Fundamental (RIF)
Our official philanthropic partner, has been supported through the donation of thousands of books and volunteer hours to Boys and Girls Clubs, elementary schools and hospitals. At several of our events we ask members to bring a children's book that we donate to one of our local RIF schools. In the past this has been done in celebration of Dr. Seuss' birthday on March 2nd. Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation
Our chapters and alumnae also have supported the Foundation with financial gifts and Rose McGill magazine subscription sales to help fund scholarships, confidential aid, education and training, and support of our two museums.
