Theta Chapter House Board Report

It was a busy summer at Theta Chapter! In addition to routine summer maintenance, the completed projects included new treads and paint for the back stair well, new side walk to the courtyard and the addition of a handicap accessible bathroom off the sun porch. The 1960’s era dishwasher was replaced by a state of the art commercial dishwasher.
Currently, wiring for the new burglar and fire alarm systems, a new fence for the east side yard and updated study spaces in the computer room and new member room are in the process of being completed.
Looking toward the future of Theta Chapter, a visionary committee was formed as well as committees to deal with updating and improving basement and upper level living, meeting and study areas.
