La Grange Area Alumnae Association
Our philanthropy focuses on a Christmas sharing and a Spring fundraiser. At Christmas, our group purchases gifts for a battered women's shelter, the Constance Morris house. We purchase gifts for the mothers and children in addition to a book donation. At our annual Christmas meeting the donations are collected.
In the spring, we raise money for local and Kappa charities. Our donations have supported Helping Hand, Project Linus, LaGrange Area Transitional Housing and Kappa Emergency Scholarship. In addition, we support the Rose McGill Fund.
