Flower Fair 2012
Dear Friends and Sisters,
Spring is around the corner and it is Flower Fair time!
The Richardson/Plano Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumnae Association’s annual charitable fundraiser will take place on April 11. For over 40 years, your participation in Flower Fair has helped us grant support to those in need. This year our very worthy recipients will be the following:
- The Bridge Breast Network: An organization that assists hundreds of low-income women facing breast cancer without the resources for treatment (www.bridgebreast.org).
- Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation: Our Fraternity foundation provides scholarships, emergency support, educational and leadership programs and meets other needs within our Fraternity (www.kappakappagammafoundation.org).
- Camp C.O.P.E: A wonderful nonprofit that helps the children of military personnel deal with death or difficulties (www.campcope.org).
This year we have some wonderful new plants that will enjoy the heat and thrive in dryer conditions. Please consider our flowers to beautify your world, knowing the proceeds benefit and beautify the lives of those in need. In lieu of plant orders, your monetary donation is gratefully appreciated.
