BIAA Interest Groups
Our Interest Groups are comprised of BIAA Kappa Alumnae members who share common interests and meet regularly for fun events. New members are always welcome! In order to be a member of an interest group, you must be a current member of the Association, so be sure to register and we can keep you updated on interest group activities.BIAA's members have various interests. To meet the needs of our membership, we have created various special interest groups. Don't see the interest group you were looking for below? You can start a new one.
|BIAA Interest Groups|
|Night Owls||Offers our recent graduates a chance to connect with other Boston area Kappas. Once a month, our Night Owls meet at various locations throughout the Boston area for events ranging from bowling to dinner. It's a wonderful way for new-to-the-area Kappas to make connections both personal and professional.|
|Lunch Bunch||Offers members a wonderful way to connect with Kappa sisters throughout the Greater Boston area. Once a month, we meet at a restaurant for lunch and conversation (and we do have great conversations). The notice is listed in the monthly newsletter, and email notices are sent to those who have signed up for the Lunch Bunch list. Locations, types of food, and dates vary each month. All BIAA members are invited and RSVP is required.|
|Book Club||We are excited to announce the introduction of our Boston-area Book Club. Looking for an opportunity to meet people AND discuss recent literary works? Here is your chance! Book Club members meet regularly and decide what books to discuss at the next meeting.|
|Collegiate Advising||BIAA is fortunate to have the opportunity to work with four local KKG chapters: Babson College, UMass Amherst, Harvard University and Northeastern University. We will be glad to connect you with the Advisory Board Chairman of one of the chapters we support.|
