Kappa Kappa Gamma  . . .
Alumnae Partnership Opportunities
Associations’ partnerships may include:
Kappa Kappa Gamma chapters, Advisory Boards and House Boards,
local alumnae Panhellenic,
local and province alumnae associations,
the official Fraternity Family,
local community and
the Fraternity’s philanthropic partner, Reading is Fundamental.
An alumnae association is an outstanding link to all of these entities, and we are highly encouraged to form and nourish partnerships with these groups of Kappas and community volunteers. An association, regardless of its size, can make a substantial difference in the lives it touches and can bring special meaning to its members.
The Greater Hartford Alumnae Association has the opportunity and responsibility to partner with two local chapters:
Delta Mu – University of Connecticut (http://chapters.kappakappagamma.org/deltamu)
Zeta Theta – Trinity College
These opportunities range from volunteering at an event, assisting with a project, joining a House Board or serving on an Advisory Board.  Chapters are in need of chaperones for their social events, alumnae for Kappa events such as Recruitment, Founder’s Day and Initiation and volunteer participation for their philanthropic efforts.  In addition, alumnae are needed to serve on Advisory and House Boards.   These days advisers often serve long distance and communicate with their chapters by phone, email, text and conference calls.
Please contact Maryetta, Rho Province Coordinator of Chapter Support and she will help match your interests with chapter needs. As you see, each Province has someone to assist in the recruitment, training and support to all of the province chapter Boards. Please feel free to ask questions.  We look forward to having you on Board!
